Last night saw the public viewing for slain rapper, Slim Dunkin, at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home in Atlanta. Family and friends of Dunkin, also known as Mario Hamilton, were in attendance to pay their respects and amongst them was Waka Flocka–who appeared upset, yet mournful about the tragedy.
Brick Squad’s, Wooh Da Kid, as well as several posses throughout Hamilton’s hometown of ATL were their to celebrate the life of their fallen friend. The official funeral service was held today Berean Christian Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia where Waka served as a pallbearer and reportedly as the sponsor for most costs. The suspect in the December 16 shooting was identified as another local rapper, Young Vito, whose real name is Vinson Hardimon, whom police suggest should turn himself in to avoid retaliation.
Gucci Mane was not present at the services, but was an affiliate of Brick Squad and featured Hamilton on the Ferrari Boyz album over the summer.
